Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
If there is a delay, we will notify you by email.

We currently ship to the United States.

Expedited Shipping (if available)
Delivery Time: 2–4 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout
Delivery estimates do not include processing time.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations unless stated otherwise.
Some items may have shipping limitations due to size or carrier restrictions.
5. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Orders
Please double-check your shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- We can reship it once the correct address is provided
- Additional shipping fees may apply
6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@magnetudestore.com within 7 days of delivery.
For damaged items, please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the packaging and product
- Description of the issue
We will replace the item or issue a refund according to our policy.
7. International Shipping (Optional Section)
We offer international shipping to select countries. Duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
