Warranty Policy

1. Limited Warranty

All Magnetude Store products come with a 30-day limited warranty covering:

• Manufacturing defects
• Functional defects
• Missing parts
• Items damaged during shipping (see Shipping Policy)

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Misuse, abuse, or modifications
• Damage caused by improper handling or storage

2. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, contact us at support@magnetudestore.com with:

• Your order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the defect

We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

3. Remedies

If your claim is approved, we will provide one of the following at our discretion:

• A replacement product
• A replacement part (if applicable)
• A refund for the defective item

You may not need to return the defective product unless we request it.

4. Warranty Period

The warranty lasts 30 days from the delivery date. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible.

5. Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:

• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
• Products purchased second-hand
• Commercial use
• Damage resulting from failing to follow instructions

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product
• We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages
